Pan Mee at House of Ceggo, Taman Danau Desa, KL

Pan mee (板麺) has always been one of my comfort food. When we came across House of Ceggo, a cafe specializing in pan mee, I knew I had to try.
Normally I would go for the authentic pan mee with clear broth. With the extensive pan mee menu at House of Ceggo, I couldn’t resist trying something different. One of their signature dishes – Tomato Pan Mee is delightful. The tangy soup is light and very appetizing, almost like a soupy version of tomato spaghetti.
Beef Stew pan mee – love the flavorful broth.
There is a choice of noodles – hand-peeled, flat or thin. They were perfectly cooked, springy and al dente – just the way I like it.
For drinks, we had the pumpkin lemon juice and lemongrass drink – both were refreshing. I especially like the lemongrass drink.
Prices from RM5.50 to RM9 for a bowl of noodles - very reasonable for an air-conditioned outlet.
There are many other varieties of pan mee here. I’ll definitely be back for more.
