Santa Chapati at Lorong Gombak, KL

With its nondescript entrance, it is easy to miss this chapati shop at the back lane of Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman.
Beyond the simple facade and a short flight of stairs, Santa Chapati House is humming with activity.
One guy rolling out the chapati, another flipping chapati over the hot plate and one taking orders - all with effortless efficiency.
We had the lamb keema and curry which went really well with the soft chapati.
The pakora here is addictive – nicely spiced, crisp on the outside and tender inside.
Santa Chapati House has another branch in Jalan Tun H.S.Lee, but I think the chapati here is even better.
