A candid shot of my favourite chap fan chef in Pudu.

This is where I would go for wholesome, home-cooked dishes.

Each time I went, the chef or uncle (as I would fondly call him) would be busy cooking. The dishes are cooked in small batches to ensure freshness.

Location: Food stalls at Pudu outer market, open 4am to 12pm. Closed on Mondays, and for about ten days during Chinese New Year.

Hi, thanks for your article. May I know where exactly this chap fan stall is? I’m urgently looking to get some vegetarian meals by 9am tomorrow.

      Thanks a bunch.

Hi Kat, the stall is just outside the Pudu market building. They serve mainly meat and a few vegetables dishes.
